The property was clean and efficient- there appeared to be only one person on staff at check in at 8:30pm- it appeared to be a full house so she was very busy- breakfast was good as well- staff on hand were friendly and helpful

A convienent place to stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that Expedia's description said my room would have a microwave, but it did not. Accurate descriptions are what I want from Expedia.

The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was excellent!!!

Great stay

A very comfortable stay. Room was huge! We had two queen beds and there was plenty of room for a crib or for kids to play. Fortunately, our kids are grown so we didn’t have to share!! The breakfast had great potential but the gal at the front desk was also trying to keep the food stocked. Easy off and on the interstate and Richmond has tons of places to eat. Will for sure stay again.
