"Poor experience unfortunately. We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. "Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay.
