Couple that owns the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. Picnic tables and chairs, barbecues and patio areas available for gathering with family or friends. Rooms are updated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Support small business!!!!!!

The owners were very friendly and were able to keep our group of family members close together. There were great outdoor seating areas (picnic tables, additional chairs and patio areas) that you don't often see. As a family we were able to spend more time together as a group.

First time in Dauphin

It was clean with easy access to the parking area. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with ample toiletries, towels and washcloths. A coffee maker, microwave oven and small refrigerator were in the room. Check in was quick and easy.

Due to a severe storm forecast to hit Dauphin area the second day of our trip we requested a refund even if they wanted to charge a late checkout. This was before noon. We were told they couldn’t refund because we had booked through Expedia. After contacting Expedia we found this not to be true. We are Senior citizens who nether $130 more than Prairie Mountain Inn. Very disappointing 👎

Was decent for the price. Lay out was weird. No sink in the bathroom its in the main area. Moldy musty smell in the room from air conditioner. The vents need cleaning bad. Good otherwise.
