"Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even ..."
