"People were smoking in the lobby and you could smell the smoke in room. The room did not look like the picture they posted. Worse, you had to chair a bath in the hallway. I definitely do not recommend it."

"The hotel has a wonderful location, and this was the main reason we chose to stay here. We were also attracted by the advertised spa facilities. Unfortunately, after just one night, the spa stopped operating, and nobody informed us in advance. We had booked and paid for a six-night stay, so this was extremely disappointing and completely changed our experience. "The staff were friendly and helpful....but this definitely wasn't a sound proof room the local backyard dogs barked all night long. The ac didn't work so the room was sweltering and opening the patio door for fresh air was a bad idea with the mosquitos."

"Nice and clean affordable airport layover hotel. I ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was decent also."

"Thank you"

"Nettes Personal saubere Zimmer"

"Airport shuttle is efficient, room temperature could not be adjusted"

"Fortunately I picked up a Local SIM card at the train station. There was no one at reception- only a QR code to scan for check-in procedures. And that referred me to the agency where I booked the reservation. There, I did find check-in info. Construction of a subway station near the hotel limited access to restaurants or stores. "Tasty breakfast with lots of options. Located close to departures (car still advised with heavy luggage, but may walk otherwise)."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating our baby’s first birthday. All the staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful, they made sure our experience was memorable and helped make this important milestone for our family even more meaningful."

"Generally good"

"A very good staff"

"Very nice hotel, central, clean, good breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Air conditioning was great as it was really hot. Would stay again."

"The bathroom very small. Bed also small. I booked 2 nights but stay only one night they didn't want to give back the money for second night.."
