"I was pleased to be given a free upgrade to a bigger room with a walk-in shower on the ground floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the Mandolay Hotel are a credit to the establishment, I have stayed here several times and I always find them efficient, friendly and helpful. I didn't eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food or restaurant service."

"Great location, lovely refurbished room and really comfy bed, bar area is cosy and a good environment to chill with a cocktail, spa area looks very relaxing, although we didnt get to use it this time we will definitely be back to use it next time, everything was up to date and modern.
