"We are returning guests. The room was great, comfy bed, standard bathroom. A magnifying mirror in bath would be quite welcome. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Huge kudos, however, go to Winston Thomas who picked us up from the airport with the shuttle. What a gem! He was fun yet professional, he communicated well while we were waiting for him at the pick up spot. HE truly gave a fantastic first impression. "
