The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water. "

They obviously never even checked the room because the fridge was filled with the last occupants food. There was some subtance dripping down the pictue. When we pointed out sustance on floor management rubbed their foot in it and said" see all gone." Do not stay here. They refused to refund us we will never stay at a days inn again. "

"There were bed bugs, and the door locks clearly did not work. 2 days in a row, people walked into my room because the door lock didn't work. I let the manager know, and nothing was done. There was ppl partying until 5am including some of the staff. Will never stay here again"
