Facility was nice and breakfast good but evening staff not so good. tried to call to check in over the phone when I was snow delayed and would not arrive till the next morning and they did not do it I arrived the next day and they had canceled my reservation. The day staff was able to reopen it thankfully and I was not charged any additional money.

The bathtub was filthy. I didn’t have the time/energy to complain. I just used the sink and won’t return. Nice staff. But the rooms need some tlc. In short - I was tired and the hotel is tired. Reno neeed.

this is a great place for us to stay while we're visiting family. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice breakfast. My family has stayed here several times.
