Super comfortable and clean room! Everything is new and neat. Staff is very professional and helpful. We had an issue with our door code and it was solved with one short phone call. We are planning on coming back to Damascus next year and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Overall excellent small hotel. Staff was very helpful when I didn’t receive my access code for my room. Not their fault but my phones, but everyone made sure I got the hat I needed. Room was lovely although we were only there long enough to sleep. I had never stayed at a in-manned hotel like this but they made the process seamless.
