"Stayed the night in the converted skittle ally - Pre-Booked a table for Dinner days before, Service was really poor - Left for 35 Minutes with no one attempting to take order, had to go to bar to complain - staff more interested in chatting with locals then serving the tables - food was dropped on the table, at no point did anyone ask if the food was ok, left feeling like we were not welcome - a complete shame because the food we did receive was amazing ! clearly a great kitchen team, let down...

"On arrival the reception was awful with staff unable to access records but their attitude was very off hand towards us. The room was clean but badly set up. "Very lovely couple running the Town House! Was greeted by a lovely Lily at the door (their dog)! Would recommend calling them just before you get there as it can be difficult to find a parking space on the road Breakfast was lovely, nice selection of cereals and toast"
