Simple and clean place to stay

You get what you expect for the money you pay. The room was clean and the front desk service was friendly. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. They had bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, orange/ apple / cranberry juice; the only hot choice was waffles. We only stayed one night and I would stay again.

Just what I needed.

I was driving 1200 miles and needed a place to stop over. I was fortunate to pull off and find this hotel through my hotels.com app. Check in was easy, the staff member was friendly. I appreciated being able to park right in front of my room. The room was clean and had a refrigerator/freezer which I needed. This was a short stay, but great. I may stay again on my drive back.

Check in was fine, room was updated, there was a male hotel staff that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was there coaching for the weekend and some of my players came to the pool, there was less than 10 people there including my girls. The guy came out rude and told us to leave. After we checked out, my daughter realized she left something in the room and we called to see about paying for it to be mailed to us. The first time I was hung up on, second time he seemed to act like he was looking, and then my daughter called in tears. He took her number but I doubt that he will call. Would not recommend this place for more than a one night solo stay.

Needed a place to rest while heading west

I was fairly impressed, typically don’t pick Quality Inns but traveling with another couple that needed a pet friendly place. Being that we did not have a pet, My husband and I had a king bed and our room was in the front of building, opposite side from traffic. Although nothing fancy, the room was very clean and without odor. We had a coffee maker and decent tv stations. Breakfast was fair: cereal, yogurt, bagels, hard boiled eggs (very rubbery), and waffles. If you are looking for a clean safe short night stay, not to bad a choice.

The room was dirty, the refrigerator had left over food inside it from a prrevious guest. The bath tub enamel was worn away and mold around the tub edge. The bathroom was also missing base board molding. The toaster didnt work and was unable to toast a bagel.. The staff was friendly.

The lobby was the most updated. The room wasn't nasty, but certainly didn't feel clean, by any means. There were spider webs in the corners...there was a weird smell..and it just look like they "tried" to make it look updated. The concrete steps are in bad shape and infested with some kind of bugs. The breakfast was satisfactory. The fact that there was only 1 ice machine and its location, was quite inconvenient. Most likely wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Booked a room while driving to rest for the night with our two dogs. The night clerk was friendly, I was surprised to learn I needed to pay a pet fee, I did not see that mentioned anywhere. The lobby looked newly remodeled, it was bright and welcoming. We received a double room instead of the king I requested but it wasn’t a big deal. The room was remodeled, appeared clean at first glance. Hair in the shower, dirty floors, poor paint job. However, the beds were clean, extremely comfortable, and we slept well. Ac worked great. Our tv had damage to the screen. Traffic was a little noisy outside but we slept through it. Morning clerk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, including bagels, fresh made waffles, oatmeal, juice, muffins, coffee and tea. It was Overall, great place to rest your head for the night and the staff were friendly.
