"The room was very clean were you could see but I had to go behind the bed to plug in my phone and it hadn't been looked at for a long time back there. Hotel is dated but there were some upgrades to the rooms and the hotel portion. There were also things like the window didn't close all the way and the screen was ripped but neither of those hampered our stay. It does have a bar attached and between 2:30 (when bar closed) and about 3:30-4am there was a bunch of people yelling and screaming...

"Great stay. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast. Grandkids loved the pool. "

"We arrived at the facility and checked in and were staying in a king room with euro shower. When we arrived at the room, we noticed our toilet didn’t work. So called to front desk and they said they had no maintenance staff on site, so switched us to kit suite instead. We got to the new room and saw hair in the shower all over the walls, dirt, food crumbs, and bugs in the cupboards. The blinds had a red running stains all the way down them. But no other room available, so we were stuck there....

"Rooms are on the smaller side, not great for large families. The staff was very friendly and they do offer a light continental breakfast. Tim Hortons is right in the parking lot which is nice for a larger meal. Overall the rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. Would stay again for a short over night but not for multiple days In a row with my large family, just wasn’t enough space for us."

"Room was very cold when we arrived. Door to the outside parking had a cold draft coming in and made floors very cold. Had to ask for extra blankets and they also offered a space heater which was helpful."

"Moved rooms twice because of renovation noise and was downgraded rooms where I was woken up every morning (7am and 3am) to car alarms going off and when I alerted the front desk they came to my room to check on me instead of dealing with the disturbances-do not recommend if you want to actually sleep "

"They didn’t know I was coming. The room was dirty. Way too expensive for what it was. The second morning, someone tried to get into my room because the front desk didn’t think I was there….?!? It woke me up. Terrible stay overall."

"There is no way to use a luggage cart to roll anything in as every entry has steps up. However, the rooms on the lower floor allow you to park at the back part of your room and access the parking lot out the sliding door directly to the vehicle. However, there are still stairs. But this was a huge convenience as we had a dog. "
