Staff was great, accommodating and friendly. Property is located very Inconvenient highway access and traveling directions. Had to be moved twice, once due to non stop barking dog in a room, second due to music and party. Old property, leaking water from ac unit. Noisy train and traffic, walls thin, windows single pane. Just awful.

Not an comfortable stay

The staff was very nice at this hotel. We stayed in room 301. The wall with the big window had an exposed outlet where the ac unit was plugged in. The big window had a massive crack that pretty much formed an X on the entire window. You could tell they tried to fix it with resin. The windows were single pane, you could hear the traffic and construction from outside and the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was only bread meaning waffles, briskets and gravy, toast, and cereal. They were missing the protein like sausage or eggs. This is not me complain. This my true honest review. I can honestly say we will not be stay any any comfort suits ever again.

I checked in later in the evening, the front desk area was clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again in the future as I travel for work and travel through that area often.

Room was good, service was excellent, staff was outstanding on all shifts. Plan on stopping there again on my way back. Too bad the construction in the area made it a little bit difficult to get around

The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. I didn't like that the rooms were always moist from humidity produced by the a/c, the bathroom doors wouldn't close all the way and only had cool to Luke warm water for shower. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
