Currently in the middle of a remodel, so parts were updated and some not. Breakfast was good. Service was fine. It's nice having a firm and soft pillow to make it exactly how I like. Location was fine.

The service staff are quite friendly. The hotel being old is not a problem, but there is an unpleasant smell in the room. I have to set the air conditioning a little lower to alleviate this smell.

Awesome Stay

Went to Dallas for a music festival with my best friend and had a blast. This hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to be and provided a great breakfast and clean room. The area seems pretty relaxed and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Dallas.

Excellant stay at amazing hotel near med centers

The young man at the front desk was welcoming,kind and checked us in quickly... when i couldnt get TV to come on, he came right up to our room and reset the TV in seconds and was pleasant and thoughtful! Anytime i am in the area, this will be our go to for all our stays! The hotel is doing rennovation but that didnt affect our stay! And the hotel was so clean and lobby was freshly mopped the next morning and i was so impressed!! Beds were so comfortable! 10/10

Just normal, $98 is a little pricey for the condition of room 101. Dead roach I. The sink, mismatched paint / repair on walls. The bed slept good and the shower had good pressure.

Staff at the desk were excellent, very nice. Building is old. Needs paint, walls/ceiling need repair work and room needs new carpet. Everthing is old and stained. Furniture looks newish. Bed however was excellent and comfortable. Hot shower! Cant add photos-sorry!

Great Customer Service and HouseKeeping. The only Issue was the people staying in the next room were smoking weed that was sooo bad it never left and went into my room. It made me sooo sick. No1 said anything to them. I paid for non smoking and I got the worst kind.
