交通のアクセス（地鉄も近い：友好広場駅）がとても良いです。大連空港にも直通で行けます。大連北駅へのア

地鉄が開通してからは、空港から直接来れるので、以前のようなTAXIでの煩わしさもなく大変便利になりました。朝も５：３０から地鉄も開場するので、安心して移動が可能になりました。利便性も大変よくなりました。移動が安心してできるのが良いです。

労働公園に近く環境も良く、ショッピングにも最適な立地

家族3名（妻と2歳の子供）で2泊しました。客室、従業員の対応は、悪くもなくごく普通ですと感じました。 部屋にある食器類等がよく見ると汚かった。全て洗浄してから使用しました。 1名朝食付きでしたが、初めの朝は、もう1名分の金額を支払って食事をしましたが、温かいものがあまり温まってなかったり、品数も少なく、大変不満足でした。2日目は同じ思いをしたくはなかったので、もったいないとは思いながら、外食しました。

ロケーションの良さ以外は、割り切りです。

ホテルの設備は、最悪に近いボロさです。Wi-Fiは遅すぎる部屋があります。水が汚く加湿器の使用は危険です。ただし、立地が便利で近くの市場で何でも調達できます。屋台街で売っているものは美味いです。交通機関が隣接してどこに行くのも便利です。立地の良さだけに割り切れば付近で一番安くて良いホテルです。

フロントの対応は、手際が悪くチェックイン、アウト共に時間を要しました。 洗面台の照明が、きれていました。 その他は、まぁ中国であれば特に悪く感じる部分はありませんでした。 ロケーションは、よく買い物や食事は便利だという思います。 次回も使うと思います。

Были в Даляне в целом 2 дня. Остановившись в этом отеле нисколько не пожалела. Расположение прямо напротив ж/дорожного вокзала. В этом отеле на 38этаже расположен панорамный крутящийся ресторан. Если из отеля пойти прямо, попадешь на рынок, где готовят сиафут и продают фрукты и овощи. Направо будет большой брендовый торговый центр, а налево подземный торговый центр в несколько этажей Виктори Плаза. Из недостатков- завтраки все в том же ресторане на 38этаже -69юаней с человека. Считаю, что по выбору они того не стоят. Нет компьютера с выходом в интернет. Хотели продлить номер еще на сутки с учетом позднего выезда (самолет вылетал ночью), если не заказываешь через интернет, стоимость увеличивается на 250юаней... В целом отель понравился, если приеду еще на несколько дней, остановлюсь там же.

3泊しましたが、初日から部屋に食べかけのスイカとスイカの種が落ちていて、それが無くなることはありませんでした。ベッドメイクや水の補充などはできているのに、なぜに掃除ができていないのかがとても不思議でした。

アクセス便利でスタッフの対応が素晴らしいホテル

アクセス抜群 空港から車で15分-20分、タクシーでも高額にならない。 大きな公園に歩いて5分、快適な環境でランニング楽しめる。 体力に自信のある方は港まで走って30分、大きな旅客船が出入港する港なので景色が楽しめる。 鉄道「大連」駅まで歩いて10分、長春、ハルビンへ向かう新幹線が出ている。 スタッフの対応が素晴らしい 旅順ツアーへの参加、1人旅で長春、ハルビンに行けたのも、親切に相談にのってくれたおかげ。旅先で困らないために必要な中国語も会話の中から勉強させてもらった。 英語、日本語対応できるスタッフさんが充実している。

部屋は普通、価格のわりは広い スタンダードはコーヒーカップはおいていないが電話すると持ってきてくれます エクゼクテイブはすべて整ています、今回は加湿器まで常備されていました。以前はなかったのでたのんだらいれてくれました。 朝の食事はまぁまぁかな、パンはよくありませんぼそぼそですそのほかは問題なしです 価格のわりには、過ごしやすいホテルです

30階の日本人専用のチェックインでスムースに完了まではOKでしたが、鉄道関連の時間帯の問い合わせに対し、旅行社に行けば、、、との回答、且つ、客に対する言葉使い以外の無礼な表現をされ、ハードはソコソコなれど、ソフト面は依然旧態のまま、リピートするには躊躇します。

Good value and good location

Convenient, clean and good value for money. The decor is a little out of date but everything was clean and well maintained. The front desk spoke English and was helpful. My room on the 28th floor was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The free wifi worked well and there were some English and other foreign language channels on the tv. The subway is only a five minute walk away and there are lots of small shops and restaurants nearby.

値段相応でホテルは古めですが、周りにはレストランも多く、中原街も目の前で、地下鉄の駅からも歩いて行ける所でロケーションは良いホテルです
