Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts hotels in Dalian

The staff were lovely and helpful, they really paid a lot of attention to each and every guest. I was only there for one night but I would definitely return.

Spacious guest rooms; quality and comfortable bedding; good quality breakfast; decent gym and pool. 5 mins walk from the underground station (line 2). 5 mins walk from various shopping malls.

Perfect hotel for business trip

The apartment has lots of big rooms, perfect for families gathering, floor heating systems keeps old and young warm in winter, swimming pool was quiet and clean , staff are very patient with customers, overall experience was great

Was just perfect location for visiting our daughter

We have stayed at Furama Hotel Dalian a few times and, having tried others for a bit of variety, we prefer to stay here. The staff provide customers with 5-star treatment and are very friendly. The facilities are good and the room/bed very comfortable.

There for business but hotel staff was freatbhelp. Breakfast is excelent and full, rooms are well siZed and quiet. Plentybof tlstuff tonsee and do around hotel.

I would have rated this hotel 5 except for 2 issues that made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly I was staying on a non smoking room where the entire corridor clearly states “no smoking” everywhere. Despite this people would still smoke next to the lifts and the smoke could be smelt from my room. The corridors always stunk of cigarette smoke and although it isn’t condoned, this is apparently just accepted in China and staff will not address this problem. The second issue was the unscheduled...
