"Staff were so friendly! I was half an hour early for check in and only came in to ask about the car if I could leave it there to grab some lunch but they allowed me to check in early and sign the tablet for my car! I will definitely be coming again. Breakfast was lovely too. Taking the order whilst going in to grab some continental. Very quick service with hot food."

Food was cold and less than average quality, staff were too busy doing stuff to be able to focus on the customers. The wi-fi was non-existent not helped by poor mobile signal. "If I could give a minus score I would. It was advertised as a hotel that provided an airport shuttle. They do not. No one at reception and no eating facilities until Dinner! Nothing by the hotel except car lots. Room was worn and carpet and furniture stained. My room was an adjoining room with no sound proofing between. Food and coffee was terrible. Certainly not worth $178 a night! Would not return."

"Very nice accommodation and close to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and the woman who showed us to our room was extremely nice and helpful! I just wish the shower head (rain shower style) hadn’t been so big compared to the actual space in the shower, as there was no space where water wasn’t being sprayed and so I had to wet my hair even though I didn’t want to. Also, the street is a bit noisy but nothing too bad. Overall, a very nice stay!"

"Do not be fooled, this is, AT BEST, a lower tier hostel accommodation. It is extremely affordable, but you will end up paying for that in travel costs to and from the city, airport, port, etc. there is no tram service nearby. Additionally, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the bed was not large enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The staff was extremely kind and were the bright spot of experience. If you are looking for bare minimum and the cheapest possible...

"We stayed for just one night so we’re not able to enjoy the full experience. The weather was unusually warm so we upgraded to a room with AC. The AC didn’t really cool the room so we ultimately had to open the slider to cool the room. Our experience would likely have been more enjoyable if we had stayed longer and didn’t have to utilize AC."

"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."
