"We had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment that we arrived the staff went out of their way to find ways to help us to enjoy our stay and particularly Aliou and Babou (excuse the spelling). "Overall, Hôtel Fleur de Lys Point E made for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would recommend it, particularly for solo travelers. The neighborhood felt safe and navigable, which as a solo traveler matters more than anything else. The room was a highlight, super spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the city from above. Waking up to that view every morning was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming throughout my stay....

"Staff was awesome"

"They need to learn customer service tip .Very weak communication."

There is a beautiful outdoor reception. Stunning pool, bar area and restaurant and I was told they just opened a new section of guest rooms ( not bungalows). My room is so well thought out. The attention to detail is magical. I only stayed 2 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. I am a business traveller and it feels so lovely to...
