"Vi havde 5 gode dage i Berlin. Lejligheden var desværre ikke rengjort. Vi starte med at vaske gulv ( meget fedtet i køkkenet) og selve køkkenet skulle også tørres af. De to sofaer på billederne var udskiftet til to sovesofaer (fine at sove på) Sengetøj og håndklæder var rent og pænt. Den ene radiator på det ene værelse kunne ikke slukkes og bankede derudaf med varme... Brusehovedholder var i stykker. Manglefuld køkkenudstyr(meget spartansk) Lejligheden er stor og rummelig men ikke hyggelig da...

"The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. "

"Had some issues. The bins were not emptied from previous guests, they smelt. I did ask for them to be emptied but no one ever came to do this despite being advised that they would. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. Under the sofa bed was filthy. Otherwise it's a great location and was easy to check in and out."
