Was mich geärgert hat: wir haben das Hotel extra gebucht weil die Zimmer eine Klimaanlage haben, man konnte maximal 23 Grad einstellen, weniger geht nicht, bei brütender Hitze draußen ist das nicht ausreichend. Umwelt und Energie hin oder her, eine Klima sollte locker individuell auf 18-19 kühlen können!

While the hotel was fine for our two night stay it was quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel. There are only 20 parking spots available for hotel guests and finding local parking was incredibly difficult with the staff not offering any suggestions. The room was very basic, new but basic. There was a warning on the shower to not use too much hot water as the steam would set off the fire alarm, and once you do shower the entire floor was soaking wet because of the showers poor design and placement. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Place was nice. 2 issues that keeps me from giving a higher score: 1. Breakfast was supposed to be included yet I was charged for it each day. 2. The shower in the bathroom was an open shower, no partition or curtain and water goes everywhere.

Es ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Bettwäsche war sehr staubig, ansonsten war alles sauber. Die Lage beim Bergmann-Kiez ist super, es gibt tolle Gastronomie und ausgefallene Läden. Ich werde wiederkommen und hoffe, dass die Bettwäsche dann nicht mehr so staubig ist.

A good hotel, 10 minuteswalk away from two metro stations and 15 minutes walk away from the Tempodrom if you are seeing a concert. Lots of different eating options near by.I can say it was quiet if on the courtyard side. Rooms were clean. Bed soft although I wasn't a fan of their pillows but that may be just my taste
