Stayed for 4 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the balcony view was lovely. It had all the amenities I needed, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and places nearby to pick up essentials. The transport links were excellent, making it easy to get around. Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Me & my fiance' absolutely love this place, it was clean & modern, had a beautiful view of the street with trains passing. Busy Berlin looked beautiful. The location is great, and will stay here every chance I get. Look forward to my next Berlin trip. Thank you Appartello......

Great location, directly off the S9 route from the airport and immediately opposite an Edeka for your shopping needs. Nice large room, easy check in, comfortable bed, everything you need for a stay in Berlin. The only issue I had was the shower door opens inwards meaning it is a bit of a squeeze to actually get in to the shower.

Perfecto 👍👍👍 A friendly welcome plus a call prior to my arrival to make sure that everything was in check. Just a short walk from Adelshof station with good links to and from the Airport. Just a shame that I wasn't staying for longer.

We really liked the place. It's located right across from a great Edeka supermarket, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The only issue was that the housekeeping staff didn't clean our apartment on Friday, even though I had left the "Please clean the room" sign on the door. On Saturday, I asked the receptionist to have the trash removed. The housekeeping staff did clean and tidy everything, but they forgot to take out the kitchen trash.))) And on Sundays, there is no housekeeping service. I won't give the place a bad rating because of this one mistake. I could see how much care they put into cleaning—for example, they even arranged my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed in such a cute way. One suggestion would be to consider installing air conditioning or, at the very least, providing fans. With the increasingly frequent heat waves, we really missed having some way to cool the apartment. Even for me, coming from Brazil, the heat was intense. We slept with the balcony door open because of the temperature. The tram can be heard at night, but it didn't bother us. In the end, we're all human, and mistakes happen. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

War sehr gut, sauber, gut gelegen etc. Aber es ist wirklich BRUTAL laut. Trotz geschlossener Fenster sind die Tram und allgemein die Autos etc. Sehr gut zu hören. Es gab Ohropax, aber die haben auch nicht geholfen. Ansonsten Preis-Leistung gut, der Edeka gegenüber hat super Öffnungszeiten.

Es war perfekt geeignet für unsere Unternehmung (Wuhlheide) top gelegen, super nettes Personal und tolle Specials, wie zB die Möglichkeit, das Hotel plus Zimmer über einen Link öffnen zu können. Wir hatten nämlich die Zimmerkarte vergessen. Einzig haben uns zwei Zahnputzbecher für die Zahnbürsten und ein Stuhl o Sessel gefehlt. Ansonsten Bombe. Das buchen wir definitiv noch mal 👌
