"Not very good breakfast available, just a fast food option. Outstanding service from Tyler who assisted us with our luggage our wheelchair and our walker. Looked after my husband very well, he has a disability and was very caring and helpful. Accessible room was great, shower needed a little attention due to the water leaking onto the floor All in all great room very clean. "

"Didn't try the food so can't comment but thought it was odd they didn't offer the included breakfast like most Hilton's do. The high point was a clean bed no bed bugs! My only complaint is the shower hot water but zero pressure, hate that. At least give us a wand so we can make do otherwise fix the pressure."

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "

"The property was clean and there was no additional parking fees. Our room was in good condition. However, we interacted with five staff members and only one was cheerful. We picked this property because our kids love a hotel with a pool and the pool is rented out for swim lessons each evening so it limits your ability to swim without interfering. Another huge challenge we had was the shower. The door opens the same side as the shower head and it’s directly behind the door to the bathroom. It was incredibly inconvenient and there was water always all over the floor requiring cleaning up. Very weird layout. We also felt there needed to be more selection for the breakfast. We didn’t even eat there on day two. "

"This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The photos do NOT match the actual. We actually left immediately and booked another hotel. It smelled so bad I actually had a gagging fit. We were on the first floor… the back door to the main level would not close properly and anyone could walk in. The patio door lock could have been opened by a toddlers strength. Felt very unsafe. There were brown stains in the tubs, there were stained cracks in the doors. The room was musty. The bedding I did not even want to touch. The smell of smoke was to the point my 10 year old had to run out. TERRIBLE. Will never trust a travelodge again. "
