Wonderful staff. My BLW baby made a mess on the restaurant floor and the staff told me not to worry. They can clean it up later. Spa was clean. Pool water eas a little chilly. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Where you want to stay in Da Nang

A fantastic stay. Staff are terrific as is the breakfast buffet. Room had everything that I could want and the bed was comfortable with a mattress topper. Situated within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, in the hustle and bustle, but the hotel itself is quiet. The Risemount is my new home in Da Nang

All staffs were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. However, it was noisy at night because the hotel is in front of the busy street. I heard car/bikes' horn a lot. If it weren't for the noisiness, it couldn't have been better.

Average Stay with Room for Improvement

Feb 2024: Great location with an average stay. We felt that it was slightly overpriced. The hotel itself has a charming and photogenic appearance, closely resembling the pictures online. We booked a Jr Suite, but were disappointed to find that it lacked a separate living room and office, which are typically expected in such accommodations. Instead, there was only a large chair that accommodates just one and a half persons. Additionally, we encountered issues with several outlets in the room, even after using the hotel's adapter. The bathroom door, constructed with wooden slats, lacks privacy as it allows visibility through them, and the water from the faucet stinks. Furthermore, the restriction of only two bottles of water per day necessitated additional purchases. While the breakfast provided was acceptable, it did not live up to the deliciousness mentioned in other reviews. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciated the prompt resolution of an issue with our AC unit during the night. The staff upgraded us to a larger room, which was a gesture we valued.

Amazing hotel. The grounds are stunning and our room.was clean and super spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I have had - so many option, beautiful presented and so fresh. Of I had to pick a negative it would be the bed - it was too soft (unusual in Asia).
