There are too many cockroaches.

There are too many cockroaches. There are too many small cockroaches and big cockroaches. This hotel needs pest control.

Hotel did not have our reservations from Expedia. Had to relocate to another property. Wasted over an hour trying to communicate with staff that spoke no English! Our group of 15 was not happy campers!!

Mình có dịp đến Đà Nẵng và nghỉ tại Quốc Thiện hotel. Mình cũng có đọc một số comment của những khách đã ở tại đây có những ý kiến đánh giá không hài lòng nhưng theo mình thì mình rất ấn tượng với cách phục vụ ở đây ,nhân viên rất chu đáo nhiệt tình. Phòng ở sạch sẽ,đồ ăn sáng ngon phong phú.Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại nơi đây

Location not bad but poor sleep

Stayed here for 1 night, I could check in early which was a huge bonus. The receptionist was nice but spoke very little English. Next door there was a construction site and the noise carries into the hotel very loud but this stops around 7pm in the evening. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean and there was hot water, they provide some toiletry samples but I couldn’t open the sachet. Snacks are available in the room for purchase. The hotel is a short walk from the beach (though this isn’t the popular beach) and it’s near the local bus stop to Hoi An. Sadly they put me on the same floor as loads of kids on a school trip and though I complained at reception they didn’t change my room (I never found out whether this was even an option) and thanks to the kids being rowdy all night I got no sleep. It was cheap, and what you pay is what you get, but I would not have stayed longer nor would I return.

Not worth the price paid

The condition of the room is not clean and comfortable. There were ants in the room and the blanket has stain on it. there was only a small window in the room but facing a wall. the lighting in the room was poor and the door of the room was totally not sound proof. we can hear the staff and neighbour walking and talking very clearly outside. totally not worth the price we paid. the only good thing was the young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful and around it there are nice cheap coffee and 5 mins walk to the bus stop for yellow bus to Hoi An. will definitely not come back to this hotel. its relatively close to the train station n there are some good cafes n eateries nearby

The hotel was fine, all necessary amenities but not too comfortable. About 25 minute walk from the station with parts off the main road but only a 10 minute taxi. Location wise, it was taxi ride to get to the front but these were cheap.

최악의 호텔, 직원은 그나마 친절해서 다행

헤어 드라이기도 구비 되어 있지않으며, 방음이 안됨. 문을 열면 바로 복도이며, 객실은 허름한 모텔 수준이다. 프론트 직원은 그나마 친절했음. 대여해준 오토바이는 다낭의 렌트 시세보다 비싸며, 성능은 매우 떨어짐. 주변은 관광할 거리가 아무 것도 없음.

Money's worth with room discount.

The room looks like newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. No water boiler for making coffee but provided a big flask of hot water when requested. The reception staff are not that friendly but the service staff are very friendly and when asked for places of interest, he gave me a lot of information on where to visit. I booked an extra night to continue visiting places. Nice room and near the beach.
