Great View From Room

Hotel is need of a make over, Room needs revamping and new TV installed. The location is great and the staff veru friendly apart from when i checked out some lady was trying to enter room when i was packing !! WHY I dont know. Would i stay again Maybe not sure so many hotels in that area. The View from room was great and loved that

It’s nice and convenient location: beach, restaurants and street vendors, etc. The hotel staff is nice and the breakfast is so good! Definitely recommend it to anyone who looks for 3-4 stars hotel in Đà Nẵng.

Good value for the price. Not really an American 4 Star hotel, but a clean, descent, reasonable enough to come back for future trip. Best location if you are planning to visit Million God Gaming Japanese Slots Casino. 2 minutes walk from this location!

Hotel is set just across the road from the beach which was clean and safe. Rooms a little dated but clean, pool was clean and had a great view. Breakfast was Vietnamese but plenty of choice. All the staff were amazing, they went out of their way to make your stay perfect, truly a credit to the owners. An extra special thanks to Lucy who helped us with transport around DaNang

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach (across the street), as well bicycle rental, swimming pool and gym. However, the gym needs some TLC (broken equipment) and the bar and coffee shop on the 19th floor are not open. The breakfast buffet has great food options, eggs are made to order. A big THANK YOU to the General Mgr Lucy and her staff for being always friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Nice stay. Great value.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is nicely located across the street from the beach. VERY comfortable room. Breakfast selections were both traditional and diverse. The only thing missing was that the rooftop bar has been closed since the pandemic. And the pool area itself is a little tired. Otherwise, wonderful, especially for the budget price.

I booked family room(2 separate room)Very spacious and comfortable for 3 people. Staffs so helpful. Good location next to beach. But it was main streets so quiet. Beach was beautiful. 25mit walk to dragon bridge and night market. (Grab taxi 5mit). Behind hotel street has so many massages place good restaurants. (Seafood and local food) breakfast was great and coffee was amazing . Restaurant manager was so friendly. Hotel may not perfect for everyone because not 5 star hotel but it was perfect hotel for my family.

Property in excellent location. However, they refused to meet their commitments as they could not provide the pool or rooftop bar service. If we had known this we had free cancellation 2 days prior to arriving. But we were not informed. Never go back to this hotel refused refund so had to go to another hotel. Diamond Sea is better

Not bad experience

every staff is pretty kind but room is not much clean and smaller than I expected. One thing I strongly recommend is, you would better to arragne a hotel shuttle(van) if you need to travel far places such as bana hill or else. Of course the charge of hotel shuttle is more expensive than grab charges but not much. the van is enough big and pretty comfortable even for 6 members. i arranged that for airport pickup and far-travelled places and all of my family was so satisfactory for this.

Credit card was stolen by Housekeeping

Had a group booking of 11 rooms for four nights. PRO Price but you can see why as it's in desperate need of a renovation. Location (but guests walk in from the beach sopping wet so puddles everywhere) Breakfast buffet Pool and fitness center CONS Housekeeping came in when I asked not to and all my things were left out, including my CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS STOLEN. Only one key card issued per room - very odd. Was told to leave key at front desk if we had a roommate. Spa - would not recommend. Better places to go. Coffee shop and upstairs bar never opened.

HOTEL REMPLI DE CAFARDS ! Arrivée dans la première chambre : - wifi très faible (même un envoi de photo est difficile) - moisissure sur les murs - papier peint déchiré - 0 isolation des fenêtres (on entend tous les bruits de la rue) - PAS DE PISCINE (En maintenance tout le temps de notre séjour, 0 dédommagement) - petit déjeuner avec vue sur un building en construction - pas de Climatisation dans les couloirs de l’hôtel, dans l’ascenseur ni dans la salle de gym. Matériel de musculation obsolète ou cassé. Arrivée dans la deuxième chambre : - une seule chaîne TV en vietnamien - le lit grince - baignoire rouillée et cassée - pas de papier toilette - UN CAFARD DANS LA SALLE DE BAIN. Le personnel n’est même pas venu s’en occuper, j’ai du le faire moi-même. La manager de l’hôtel a refusé de me recevoir. Cet hôtel est un enfer.

호텔의 위치는 좋습니다. 해수욕을 즐기기 위해서라면, 추천을 할 수 있는 위치입니다. 호텔들의 시설들은 낡았습니다. 유지보수가 되어있는 상태이긴 하지만 군데군데 녹이 슬거나 먼지가 쌓여있는 곳이 많습니다. 호텔 내부는 객실을 제외하고는 에어컨이 운전되지 않는곳이 많아 매우 덥습니다. 콘센트들에 녹이 슬어있어 위험했습니다. 곳곳에 녹이 슬어 있습니다. 어제 채워놓았던 주전자의 물은 체크아웃때까지 그대로였습니다. 내부에 물때가 있어 불쾌했습니다. 해당 호텔을 예약할 때에 관광보다는 휴식을 위한 목적으로 예약을 했습니다. 그래서 일부러 풀장과 마사지 서비스가 제공이 되는 호텔로 예약을 했습니다. 하지만, 제가 호텔에 도착하여 체크인을 할 때에 풀장이 수리 중이라는 것을 알려왔습니다. 금방 끝날줄 알았지만 지금 리뷰를 작성하는게 체크인 전날인데, 아직까지도 준비가 되지 않았습니다. 데스크에서는 예상 완료 시간을 알아보고 연락을 준다는 말만하고 연락을 주지 않았습니다. 응답하는 것에 있어 귀찮아하는 느낌도 받았습니다. 마사지 서비스는 오전 10시부터 제공이 된다고 되어있지만 실제로는 그 시간에 가면 운영을하지 않습니다. 따로 프론트에 이야기를 하면 마사지사를 보내서 받을 수는 있는데 내부에서 샤워를 할 수도 없고, 사우나도 사용할 수 없었습니다. 마사지의 질도 떨어져서, 족욕을 하라고 받은 물은 미지근했으며 그마저도 1분도 안돼서 나오라고 했습니다. 그 이후에 마사지를 받았지만 마사지방 내부의 샤워시설은 이용할 수 없었습니다. 마사지사는 끝나고 난 이후에 팁을 요구했습니다. 2만동정도를 줬지만 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 방안에 셀프바는 매일 보충되지 않았습니다. 지금도 프론트와 연락을 하고나서 5분안에 다시 연락을 준다고 했으나 1시간가까이 답장이 오지 않습니다. 매니저와 이야기를 하고 싶다고 했지만 출근하지 않았다고만 했습니다. 호텔의 대응이 매우 끔찍하고 시설은 낡았습니다. 만약에 풀장이 제대로 작동을 했다면 이런 리뷰를 작성하지 않았을테지만 현재 저는 매우 불쾌합니다. 마침내 마지막 날에 매니저와 통화할 수 있었습니다만, 매니저는 단순히 수리계획이 잡혔었다는 말만 반복할 뿐, 그 어떠한 보상도 해주지 않았고 단지 12시에 예정되어있던 체크아웃을 14시로 연기하는 것을 무료로 해주기만 했을 뿐이었습니다. 프론트에서는 여지것 제 방에 5번이 전화했었는데 당신이 받지 않았다고 상당히 불쾌한 어조로 저에게 말했습니다. 확인해보니, 제 방의 전화기 알람이 고장나서 울리지 않았습니다. 잠시 방안에 있는 동안 작업자가 멋대로 들어와서 전화기를 교체 했습니다. 이 호텔은 제가 받은 휴가를 완전히 박살냈고 유린했으며 그에 대한 어떠한 보상도 주지 않았습니다. 해당 호텔 근처에는 좋은 호텔들이 많이 있습니다. 다른 곳을 알아보십시오. 부디, 이 리뷰를 보신다면 해당 호텔이 아니라 다른 호텔을 예약하여 주십시오. 10%정도의 좀 더 비싼 가격을 지불한다면 훨씬 더 친절하고, 깨끗한 호텔에서 잘 수 있을 것입니다.

英語も良くわからない私にホテルスタッフが親切に対応頂きました。 お部屋も清潔感があり大変満足でしたが、シャワーの使用中にしばらくするとお湯の温度調整がうまく出来なかったので、そこが残念でしたが、 ロケーションも良いホテルでした。

ホテルはビーチフロントで部屋からのオーシャンビューが素晴らしい。滞在は満足度満点です。スタッフも笑顔やレストランのサービスがとても良かったです。 浴室のお湯がすぐぬるくなるのとビデの水漏れが不満でした。

とても良いホテルです。 ただ中心地までの距離が遠く徒歩では無理です。ビーチは目の前にあり海水浴を楽しむには最高だと思います。 冷蔵庫が潰れていましたが心良く交換してくれました。スタッフもとても丁寧でした
