It was great. The staff were great. The room we had was amazing. My only real complaint was thee hot water for the tub seemed not working or disappears from time to time. Maybe we're limited with hot water on the tub? I'm not sure.

Interesting spot!

This is a very unique vintage hotel. It is right on the Han River and within walking distance of the famous Dragon Bridge. We had a suite with a beautiful view. The staff were very attentive. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they arrived right away. Very pleasant. I would say if you are okay with unique vintage this would be an interesting place. I felt the breakfast was poor however and the coffee was terrible.

I recently stayed at the Ibiza Riverfront Hotel in Da Nang and booked a VIP room well in advance to coincide with the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival—and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. But the real highlight was the VIP room—spacious, elegant, and perfectly positioned with a panoramic view of the Han River that is literally to die for. I’ve stayed in many riverfront properties before, but nothing quite compares to waking up and watching the city slowly light up over the water, or enjoying a cocktail on the balcony while fireworks explode in the sky just across the river. It was magical. The hotel itself is modern and tastefully designed, with thoughtful details and a peaceful ambiance that makes it ideal for both relaxation and celebration. The location is excellent—close enough to the city’s vibrant spots, yet tucked away just enough to offer a calm, scenic retreat. If you’re planning a visit to Da Nang, especially during festival season, do yourself a favor and book a VIP room at Ibiza Riverfront Hotel. Trust me, it’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.

2 stars for friendly staff, but the property wasn’t clean. Room 201 did not have A/C or it took very long time to cool the room, did not have hot water. Room 401 the toilet did not flush very well. Overall, not recommended

Really nothing around there. Garbage and broken sidewalks, (but that's not unique for Vietnam). Nothing really within walking distance. Room was in poor condition and "minibar" was never replenished during our 3 night stay. However... the room was huge, (Riverfront VIP suite) and the counter front staff are well versed in English and a pleasure to deal with.

Overall, the hotel was old with maintenance generally lacking. The gym had limited equipment with some of the machine not working at all. Nonetheless the staff did their best by offering us free upgrades to improve our experience

受付のお兄さんがとても丁寧な話し方をしてくれて、英語苦手な私達でも安心してコミュニケーションが取れました。部屋やプールからのリバービューは、特に夕方以降が最高です。街から少し離れているのでタクシーで出かける必要がありましたが、すぐ近くの住民街が散策できたのがそれはそれで面白かったです。ベトナムではなかなか少ないバスタブ付き宿を探し求めていたので、栓が壊れて閉まらないこととそこの掃除が行き届いていない所だけ、評価が下がりました。

tl;dr: hotel met vergane glorie, matig ontbijt en geld wolven. Op zich geen slecht hotel, afgezien van de kamer die slecht gepoetst was bij aankomst. Maar eigenlijk op de locatie na is er weinig spannend aan het hotel. Het was duidelijk ooit echt een tophotel dat z'n hogere prijs waard was, maar het heeft echt een kleine renovatie nodig wat ook duidelijk werd toen onze airconditioning opeens stopte met werken. Deze is na 2 nachten wel gerepareerd maar toch... Het ontbijtbuffet was ook matig en was vaak koud en/of leeggeroofd als je wat later (lees 8:30) kwam. Op basis van hierboven zou ik dus zeggen dat de prijzen die ze vragen de kamers en hotel niet meer waard zijn. Het personeel is doorgaans wel behulpzaam, maar zeer zeker ook uit op je geld. We boekten dit hotel specifiek tijdens een weekend van het DIFF omdat het een mooie rooftop heeft dichtbij de bühne. Echter werd pas bij aankomst duidelijk dat ze deze rooftop afsloten voor iedereen (incl hotelgasten) en je er pas op zou mogen als je nog eens 1.600.00VND zou betalen bovenop de kamerprijs om mee te doen aan het seafood buffet dat ze die avond organiseerden. Pas na veel discussie hebben ze mij dan kostenloos op het dak gelaten "ter compensatie van de kapotte airco" . Eenmaal boven kreeg ik echter het gevoel dat je gewoon vanaf het einde van het buffet mocht gaan (er was veel volk), en ze ons dus gewoon 107euro probeerden door de neus te boren. Is uiteindelijk niet gebeurd maar ze zijn duidelijk uit op je portemonnee.

한시장과 도보 10~15분 걸립니다. 가격 대비 위치는 그렇게 나쁘지 않습니다. 수영장은 생각보다 많이 작았고, 조식 또한 토스트, 스크램블, 소세지, 야채 정도 생각하시면 됩니다. 커플보다는 동성친구들끼리 저렴하게 가기는 좋습니다.

Đặt phòng có ăn sáng, nhưng khách sạn bảo không có :( Khách sạn nói nếu không hài lòng về dịch vụ thì Ks sẽ cho hủy phòng miễn phí. Đổi khách sạn khác thì phiền, nên thôi, đành tự túc kêu taxi chở đi ăn sáng. Trừ khoản ăn sáng, còn các khoản khác thì ổn.

The staff at this hotel was helpful and friendly. The facilities are basic, but adequate. But the helpful staff more than make up for the basics. Ms. Hoa, who was at the front desk when I checked in, was helpful throughout my visit. She, and her colleagues, were amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property has one of the best city views with the ocean and river and skyline 360 degrees from the rooftop. The gym and swimming pool on this rooftop floor also provide great views. The breakfast buffet is nutritious, adequate and tasty. Very close to the city center by walking 15-20 minutes or just a quick taxi ride. Massage service is of good quality with 40% discount. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional.
