The rooms are dated, not very clean, and small. Depending on what level you are on you can hear the traffic outside. Walls are also paper thin so you can hear loud guests next door. The staff does try their best to accommodate however. Location is great, right next to the beach and close to many restaurants and eateries. All in all, I would not return for a future stay here.

Halina Hotel was beautiful, wonderful pool and deck. Kind staff went above and beyond during our stay. Parking was extremely safe and convenient for our bikes. Very walkable area, close to the beach, quick ride to the airport. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

整體而言還不錯

走過馬路即是美溪沙灘，附近也很多超市跟餐廳、咖啡廳，很方便。 入住時櫃台還特地請一位會說標準中文的美女來辦理check in，很貼心。 餐廳不大，但早餐選擇夠多，沙發椅也很舒適，會想再回訪的一間飯店！

The hotel offers a value for money stay. The surrounding area are filled with restaurants and shops. Just look out for vendors like the fruit stall on the right of the hotel (looking at the hotel) in front of a produce store. She tried selling me a comb of bananas for VND300,000. The area is very Korean with restaurants and supermarkets selling Korean food and goods. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Daisy who works at the restaurant and front lobby is exceptionally helpful so is My who looks after the rooftop bar, pool and gym. We had the pleasure of being served by an Intern called Bubby, a very bright young lady who is very customer oriented, she remembered the coffee and style of the coffee I drank and she remembered it from day one when she served me. She also ensured that I visited the Dragon bridge at the correct time to see the display. When I was staying at the hotel they offer Tea with cakes, really delicious. The down side of the hotel is that you need to walk up steps to the lobby and as most Viet hotels there are no railings for support and there is no lift to get up to the reception from the street level. Like wise you are required to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the rooftop. Watch your steps getting to the top or coming down as the steps are dark in color and can be slippery. Another issue they should rectify is that there is only one tiny lift. You need a little patience sometimes especially when it is check in time. The beds are nice.

早餐美味豐富，種類多，員工態度親切有禮。 但酒店除了雙人房間比相片中細，打開手提行李的空間也不足，雙床房間滿意。另酒店整體比相片資料舊，但也可以接受。酒店附近很多食肆，按摩店，頗方便。

惡夢既開始

一到步酒店，belle boy 幫忙拎行李已經整斷行李個手柄位，但個staff 無出聲，直到我地成功check in ,睇返個行李先自己發現斷左，之後諗住用電話call staff ,點知電話又無聲，call 唔到！ 個電話仲要有d 異味，之後call 返staff 上黎fact check 後，佢地終於承認係佢地整爛個行李。一黎到間酒店，咩service 都末用就俾佢地整爛左個行李，我地既要求得一個，就係要求退錢check out , 佢地回復我就係，你地可以check out , 但唔會退錢。連叫佢地經理來，佢地話經理放假！ 無經理，問邊個係in charge ,佢地都話無，得普通staff! 最後佢地點都唔肯退錢同幫我拎個行李去修補，呢個就係佢地既service , 即係我完整無缺既行李，間酒店staff 整爛左客人個行李，唯一既補救就係要你推個行李俾佢地去修理，仲要修理完d 質素你係無得簡，這就是"哈利納公寓酒店"既服務！大家簡酒店小心一點， 其他劣評就係1)房有小蟲仔 2)房有異味 3)房門開關要勁大力關門先會完全關上 4)房門無安全眼，只有開門先知對方邊個開門 5)隔音差 要簡呢間酒店既朋友仔請小心！ 好既地方就係某d staff 都算friendly，

A warm welcome with excellent sevices staff, especially Daisy who handle our check in and also service us on the next morning at Cafe breakfast also. All staff are well train with smile and courtesy. Must return when back to Da Nang next time.

Great staff

When we had some questions, the manager always helps us. The room can only see a part of ocean view, it is pretty noisy during the middle of night and we can hear the whole conversation from the next room. But overall, it was a great stay because of the manager and staff.

모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 짐도 보관해줘서 체크인 체크아웃시 편했습니다 청결하고 아담하지만 살짝 특유의 냄새가 있었고, 방음이 잘 되지 않아 둘째날 옆방 중국인들 때문에 밤에 엄청.짜증났어요... 첫째날은 아주 조용했습니다 생수 두병은 무료이고 웰컴과일로 깔라만시 바나나 리치를 줘서 맛있게 먹었어요 둘째날엔 초콜렛을 놓아주셨고 내일 날씨도 체크해서 방에 해두는 센스도 좋았습니다. 가격대비 생각하면 매우 훌륭하고 작지만 루프탑 라운지와 수영장도 있는 가성비좋아요! 게다가 미케비치랑 아주 가까워 도보로 다닐 수 있고 주변에 맛집도 완전.많아요 만족스럽습니다

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included with the room is outstanding, and the rooftop pool overlooking the city and the sea is amazing. We had a very nice stay.
