Thanks to this hotel, I had the best trip. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for their warm hospitality and service. Location location location

Beautiful hotel right on the ocean. Great amenities and schedule of activities. Food on site was good - a little pricey but certainly more convenient. The pillows sucked. The bed was decent. You can't beat that location though.

Nice resort hotel with great service. The Asian Restaurant is just as good as some of the best restaurant in Hoi An or Danang. The Japanese Bath is very relaxing. You can use Grab to get to Hoi An, Danang, Marble Mountain, Da Na Hills in a brief time. Beach and the pools are nice. The kids' room is staffed by qualified staff that can entertain your kids while your wife enjoys the spa. A great resort to go with your family.

All of the staff members were very kind and well-educated. They always kept the hotel clean. I had a very cozy stay at the beach resort. The food was nice, and the breakfast was especially awesome. The massage and spa staff were also kind and skilled. I think the Japanese-style bath might be even cleaner than those at Japanese hotels.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for being able to get to hoi an and da nang with the shuttle has provided by the hotel and the ease of getting a grab making it very easy. The hotel itself was the perfect size and quiet throughout our stay with no problems finding sun loungers where you wanted to sit. The staff were some of the most friendly hotel staff I have come across with nothing being too much trouble. Would highly recommend going for the daily spa option too especially with the small extra cost when added to the hotel rooms. Overall a fantastic stay and will be back soon!

An truly amazing experience. Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service. Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection. In terms of any negative points I would say that children should not be allowed in the adult swimming pool given they have one dedicated to them.Secondly,there is no room service after 9.pm and there are no bar facilities after 10pm.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard the should be a bar available until at least 12pm.

We stayed at the Grandvrio as part of a 4 day stay in the Danang area, with 2 days in Hoi An proper and 2 days here at the Grandvrio. In retrospect, given how relatively inexpensive it is to get from the beachfront Grandvrio into Hoi An, I would say I probably would opt to stay the entire time at the Grandvrio if we were to return. Put simply, as a beachfront resort, this property checks all boxes. The facilities are new and modern, with multiple dining options, a kids pool, and arguably the best, deepest, nicest main hotel pool I have experienced. Better than the pictures. Just beyond the pool, a strand of palms and hammocks leads to a lovely private beach. This is also where they serve the included breakfast (made-to order eggs, pastries, fresh fruit). Our 10 yr old son was very excited that they had a basketball court, and our daughter loved the playground. The staff here is wonderful and extremely attentive. We were welcomed with cocktails and cold towels at check-in, and the staff gathers at the front door to see you off at check-out. Would stay at this property again, no question.

大浴場がありチェックアウトした後もその日は入れるので帰国日にもプールに入れてとても良かったです。また、子供フレンドリーでアオザイの無料貸し出しや、スタッフの方も皆親切でアットホームでした。日本人の支配人さんに何でも相談できてとても助かり、滞在時とても快適に過ごせました。

とても快適なホテルで大満足でした。 個人旅行でしたので、まず言葉の通じるホテルという視点で数ある中から選びました。おかげで困った事や分からないことはすぐ解決できました。 施設やアクティビティはスタッフの皆さん一人一人のおもてなしで心が伝わるホテルです。 滞在中はSPAの着いた宿泊を選んだので観光やショッピングで疲れた身体を1日の終わりにSPA、大浴場で癒して快眠するといった毎日でした。 また帰国が深夜便でしたのでチェックアウト後も荷物を預けて観光し、SPAと入浴で身綺麗にして帰国の途につけました。 最後はフロントの皆さんが並んでお見送りしてください。名残り惜しい出発となりました。 おすすめします。

4日間でお世話になりました。ダナンに旅行するのは10年振りでしたが以前市内に宿泊した為、今回はビーチ側でかつホイアンに近い立地で探していたところこちらのホテルにたどり着きました。結果として泊まって本当に良かったです！スタッフの方は全員必ず笑顔で挨拶して下さいますし、困った事があればすぐに相談にのってくれます。何より支配人である日本人のトヨさんが宿泊している方の全員の顔を覚えていて、必ず名前を呼んで挨拶して下さいます。本当に朝から晩まで動きっぱなしで頭が下がります。その姿勢がスタッフの方々にも伝わっているのか皆さんとても丁寧な応対で本当に驚きましたしホスピタリティを感じました。本当にここには書ききれないおもてなしを沢山受けました。 食事は朝のビュッフェの種類がすごく多くて美味しかったです。日本食とアメリカンの方には行ってないんですが次回再訪の際は是非行ってみたいと思いました。 市内やホイアン行きのバスも出ているので大変便利です。（できるだけ予約した方が良いです。） トヨさんから色々とアドバイスを受けて観光の参考にしました（はっきり良い悪いを言って下さるのでそれが信用できました。） アオザイの無料レンタルもあるので（すごい種類があります）是非試着だけでもしてみて下さい！部屋にノンラーとかごのカバンがありますのでそちらと合わせて使用するのもありです！ 次回はヴィラの方にも宿泊してみたいと思いました。何よりベトナム料理が好きなのとリゾートが好きな私にとっては飛行機でもそこまで長時間のフライトではないので行きやすいですし、近々再訪する計画を立てようと思います！その際はまた是非是非宿泊させて頂ければと思います。本当にありがとうございました(^^♪

とても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんはみな丁寧に対応くださり、名物支配人にもお会いできました。一つ気になったのは、暑い気候の場所からかドライサウナは温度が低めの67℃であんまりという感じでした。それを除けばビーチも綺麗でかなり良いホテルかとおもいます。

とても良い滞在でした。ホテルの規模が私たちにはちょうど良く、食事やプールやビーチ、大浴場を満喫しました。掃除も行き届いていてプールや大浴場はトイレも含めていつもきれいです。個人的には大浴場のスリッパは必要無いと思いました。ホイアンも近く、シャトルで20分くらいで行けるので良かったです。食事もとても美味しかったです。和食のレストランはドアを開けると広くて素敵な照明、ゆったりとした半個室が落ち着きます。そして支配人はじめスタッフのみなさんが素晴らしかったです。いつも気にかけていただいたので、帰国日深夜の空港で少し寂しくなったくらいです。また伺いたいです。ありがとうございました。

夫婦+小学生の女の子2人を連れて宿泊させて頂きました。日系のホテルのため日本人の支配人さんがおられ、ホテルに帰ってきた時や出かけるときは必ず声をかけて下さりました。分からないことも安心して聞くことが出来たので、初めてのベトナム旅行も安心して出来ました。 ベトナム人スタッフの方もホスピタリティがすごく高く、目が合うと必ず笑顔で挨拶して下さり、毎日気持ちよく過ごせました。 プール、お風呂、ビーチに至るまで必ずスタッフさんがいるので、安心して過ごせます。 ダナン中心部まではタクシーで20分くらいですが、 むしろ喧騒エリアから離れられるため、静かな場所で良かったです。 1番助かったのは、チェックアウトの日に荷物をホテルに置かせてもらって外出出来たことでした。 ダナン発の便が夜便だったので、スーツケースを持ったままの移動は大変だと思っていたので、とても助かりました。 チェックアウト後でも大浴場利用してもらっても良いですよとのこと。最後にさっぱりしてから夜便に乗りに行けるのも良いですね。 次にダナンに行くことがあれば、必ずまた利用したいです。

日系のホテルとは聞いていましたが、何かにつけて至れり尽くせりでした。特に副支配人の方の細かな心遣いが、とてもありがたかったです。日本式の大浴場が有ったことも嬉しかったです。日本の方の宿泊には特にお勧めです
