This hotel was great for us, it was next to every thing we needed. From from the beach though but that’s okay because we had a car. All the staff are friendly and helpful and spoke English. Room was big and clean and comfortable bed. It was good for our stay.

In its price range, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam. I will definitely book this hotel again. The room itself is quite large and clean. The AC was in good condition. Several points to consider: 1. A five- to ten-minute walk to the beach. While I am not a beach person, it is good to know options are available. 2. A five-minute walk to Chợ Cồn market, where one can find all kinds of snacks, plus a well-known food court. 3. Plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel. 4. Walking distance to the central train station. 5. Great breakfast, with a different hot dish served daily. Same with desserts. My only complaint against the breakfast is that the coffee is not hot enough. Overall, it is a great place to stay. The staff was super nice and very helpful, and they always made you feel welcome.

The staff spoke English and was super friendly and helpful with my questions. The area is farther away from the beach and nightlife but all within a short distance and very quiet. I suggest you download the ride app GRAB. Rides are very cheap.

Let down by the location

Really nice and comfortable hotel, but the location was not ideal. The buffet breakfast was also a problem, as they ran out of items and did not replenish them. Staff spoke English are were helpful in arranging trips.

We arrived late in DaNang, so we really appreciated having friendly door and reception staff greet us at the Avora Boutique Hotel. We were provided with options for eating and directions on accessing the train station to continue our journey the following day. Our room was spacious with large windows providing a street view. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent - including nice hot shower. Room needs an update/refresh, but quite adequate for our overnight stay. Location to access train station was excellent - approx 10 min walk. Plentiful breakfast options. Thankyou to staff for allowing us to have breakfast earlier than given time as we had to catch an early train.
