Too many staff- lack of service
Breakfast buffet was cold every morning
Rooms didn’t need have everything they said they had
Staff seemed scared of customers
Good gym
English translation needs work
One very helpful man helped us with booking our bus and a very helpful girl in the morning followed through
About 10-15 mins walk from super centre
the power was out on the day check in (10/9/2017). Room not change and clean on the second day. The TV in the room is not there, like some one have take is home. The breakfast is terrible.
The hotel is old but the room had been update so everything are nice, definitely a 3-4* hotel. The receptionist is great, we stayed there for 2 nights and forgot the ipad charger but after called them and asked them to please send it to my home address which they did, so WONDERFUL!!! The breakfast buffets are great also. Overall, nice stay!
We spend 2 days in Dalat and this was a very convenient choice for us, very close to the city center, just 5 minutes by taxi. The hotel condition is OK, the breakfast is simple but enough choices to have a good start. The restaurant and Café are limited and the English level of the Staff is basic, but they make an effort. Rooms are clean and comfortable, it was overall a nice stay.

Noisy location
Hotel is situated in an area with dogs barking early morning along with the neibouring chickens & roosters clucking & crowing when the sun is rising. Rooms were quite dated, but the staff at the hotel were very accommodating.
This is my third stay here and I look forward to coming back. The breakfast is very good when the Hotel is fully booked otherwise, Otherwise it's just simple and fine. The coffee is good as well as the fresh grown fruit locally grown in Da Lat. We rented a Scooter so the Hotels distance from town was not a problem. No water in the swimming pool, I guess they are trying to save money. The Hotel staff are very nice. If it's cold at night ask for a portable heater, they never ask is your room comfortable like in most places. They wait for a complaint. The head manager is sloppy in educating his staff to be 5 star his education level is at managing 3 star hotel and he brings this hotels staff level down. Your hotel is only as good as your head manager ability to educate staff. I stay at many 5 Star Hotels and great service dosent cost extra it brings customers back on repeat visit's. To the short little manager please go back to school and it's never too late to be #1 in Serving your customers.
