"The staff was fine, not overly pleasant but professional. The view of the Gulf of America from the platinum tower was superb. The room was just ok. No microwave, the provided coffee is horribly weak, and the walls are paper thin. Prepare to hear every conversation or other activity your neighbors engage in. Absolutely pathetic noise insulation. Bring ear plugs just in case you hav neighbors that choose to talk loudly in a drunken state at 3 am. On fence about booking here in the future."

My neighbors were very loud and rude the whole entire 4 days I was there. So if you don’t mind rudeness AND LISTENING TO PEOPLE HAVE SEXUAL RELATIONS ALL 4 DAYS PLEASE MAKE THIS YOUR STAY!!!! Yes, I did complain and no action by casino was taken. "
