The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
The hotel needs a refresh/remodeling. The water park is showing its age, the rubber flooring is starting to peel, there is rust on the metal stairs, the air handler tubes are covered in dust, the pool has sand deposits and some algae growing in the wading pool, water pipes in the hotel have burst, ...

It was convenient and clean. The breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
