The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. "I had a wonderful experience at the Hacienda Morntinos, I love the views to the Cotopaxi, we arrived by midnight, people were there to greet us. Our room was beautiful/clean 4 Queen beds, super clean bathroom, Breakfast in the morning was like been home, delicious, in the restaurant Carlos suggested us to go by the lake, nice open walk traveling thru the mountains breath taking, my pictures are like artwork, majestic views the volcanos, In my next trip i am going to this Hacienda for more days, finally found peace, fresh cold are, views and food, the right place to get away from the city and the crazy working city life. Total peace and quiet just to enjoy nature."
