"Inconvenient location and inflexible breakfast schedule. This well-kept B&B is a 25-minute walk from downtown Cusco and very difficult to find. "Comfortable, heat and hot water, nice breakfast, great staff, cozy setting, fyi if you need to get picked up by a van for a tour or dropped off this location is hard for vans to get to. Not terrible you just have to walk a couple of blocks but if you have alot of gear it is something to consider"

"When we checked in, the guys gave us the key and asked ask to wait because he didn't know that the room was ready. We waited one and a half hour in the lobby with out entire luggage, after I went and asked him how much longer and he said "oh, your room has been ready, I gave you the key". I didn't argue with him because at this point it was not wroth it, but this I hope that you see that this was incredibly rude. No, it was not obvious that if you give me the key that it is a sign that the room...

"The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly. "
