"A shaky start but the incredible manager noticed I was having some issues and immediately came to help and make sure I was taken care of. For this I am very grateful and would recommend the hotel."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it keeps an air of an old grand dame of the 1950s (decor), it has very contemporary touches (A/C, ceiling fan, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, kettle) and is very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied. The staff are all multilingual, very kind and helpful. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just a block and a half from Milano Centrale train station. I completely recommend it."

"The only observation was that our delux twin room was nothing like the picture, which showed spacious, large room. We could only just squeeze down the side of the beds and wall. But as we were only there 5 nights we managed."
