Staff não tem treinamento suficiente para atender as dúvidas do cliente, especialmente a recepção. Internet é péssima. Maquina de lavar não estava funcionando.

If you do not a portuguese speaker, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all cost. Staff were rude when I asked if anyone spoke spanish or english so I could communicate the problem which was, the cleaning lady abruptly got into my room without knocking or announcing herself. I was in my underwear. The male receptionist "with the piercing holes" at my check out was absolutely the worst.

When we arrived, there was a bus blocking the drive. But it was okay. The staff was very friendly, and the room was a great size!

Good size room with a couch for lounging in. Some outlets did not work, internet good, breakfast was a good typical Brazilian hotel breakfast. Fitness room was basic, not good for full workout..
