Linked Batel is such a modern and comfortable hotel! They’ve got everything you need at really reasonable prices. The staff are super helpful, polite, and friendly, which makes you feel right at home. The entrance hall is unique and has an amazing vibe — perfect for relaxing or enjoying the entertainment. Definitely a great place to stay!

Great place. But having to pay 60 Reals to get the room cleaned is ridiculous. I stayed for 10 days and did not have the room cleaned for free not even once. Only recommend for short stays

Minha experiência deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. As janelas do ambiente estavam com bastante poeira acumulada, aparentando falta de limpeza há algum tempo. Ao chegar ao quarto, não havia papel higiênico disponível, e tivemos que buscá-lo em uma sala no corredor dos quartos. Além disso, a descrição da acomodação informava que havia secador de cabelo, o que foi um fator considerado na reserva, mas o equipamento não estava disponível nem no quarto nem na sala disponível no correddor. Por esse motivo, não levei o meu e acabei sendo prejudicada. Outro problema foi o ar-condicionado, que funcionava apenas no modo quente. O modo frio não estava funcionando, o que comprometeu o conforto durante a estadia. Também percebi que havia poucos funcionários para atender os hóspedes, e os que estavam trabalhando pareciam sobrecarregados. Acredito que uma melhor estrutura de equipe e mais atenção aos detalhes de limpeza, manutenção e reposição de itens básicos poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência dos hóspedes.

O hotel é muito bonito e confortável, proporcionando uma estadia agradável. No entanto, não gostei de ter que pagar pelo estacionamento mesmo sendo hóspede. Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto não estava gelando, o que acabou gerando certo desconforto. Apesar desses pontos negativos, no geral o hotel vale a pena e eu consideraria me hospedar novamente.

Quarto pequeno, porém bem dividido e aconchegante. Localidade maravilhosa, tudo é perto e tem várias opções como padarias, mercados, shopping, restaurantes e inclusive é bem tranquilo para se ir andando até a Rua 24h para adquirir o passeio do ônibus turismo, que fica na Rua 24h.

A estadia é realmente muito prática e resolutiva para viagens de trabalho. O custo-benefício é excelente. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas atende às necessidades de hospedagem. De pontos de melhoria, somente a limpeza do quarto e do enxoval, pois o do quarto que fiquei estava com fios de cabelo, indicando que ou não foram trocados ou não foi feita uma higiene adequada.
