Visiting Curitiba

It’s a nice place for the cost and it’s close to everything. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

No domingo de manhã, como tinha um pouco maus de hospedes, faltou talheres, copos e xicaras para os clientes, eu tive que esperar uns 15 minutos para começar a tomar café. Na questão do quarto, foi terrível, com ar condicionado muito ruim, barulhento, não gelada, além de ficar baixo no lado da cama fazendo barulho na da minha cabeça. O quarto não tinha uma mesa, ou bancada com cadeira, caso eu quisesse consumir alguma coisa no quarto. Em relação aos funcionários, tinha poucos atendendo causando muito constrangimento, como pir exemplo no café da manhã e recepção. Única coisa que funcionou perfeitamente foi o serviço de manobrista, muito simpáticos e rápidos, mas também tive que pagar a parte. No geral estou muito decepcionado, sempre viajo a Curitiba pelo menos umas 8 vezes no ano e foi a ptimeira vez que fiquei em um hotel, assim. Minha maior decepção foi o quarto como disse acima, era pra descansar e relaxar sai mais cansado e estressado.

Quarto antigo, porém estava bem limpo. O café da manhã tinha opções saudáveis e era tudo fresco. O hotel não possui estacionamento, porém tem convênio com o estacionamento e tem manobrista que leva e trás o carro.

Ótimo custo benefício

Estadia foi ótima, funcionários atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Nossa cama tinha um rangido bem forte de molas e a porta de entrada também. Além disso o serviço de quarto não trocou as toalhas e não repuseram os sabonetes, tivemos que pedir na recepção. Quanto ao hotel, estrutura ótimo, bem limpo e mantido. Café da manhã excelente e bem servido com horário bem estendido.

Hotel bom e confortável

Hotel com um bom custo x benefício. Limpeza muito boa, em especial a camareira Roseli, sempre solícita. Café da manhã muito bom, mas poderia ter mais variedades de sucos e frutas. Deixo a minha observação sobre a piscina, como é uma cidade com uma temperatura mais baixa (fui em meados de julho), a mesma poderia ser aquecida, para que fosse possível desfrutar.

Recepção se reaume em tudo, piorea dias que ja tive em minha vida. Colaborado do período noturno mal educado e despreparados para um atendimento humanizados.
