"The Airport Inn is more like a B&B than a hotel. It's quite quaint and pleasant. The hospitality was excellent. We got in after midnight and needed to have milk available for a toddler and they made it happen. The buffet breakfast was quite nice for a complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but it felt very comfortable."

"The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. "

"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate. The housekeeper, Ms. Doris, is a gem! She is so responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. The property is clean, fully equipped, but slightly outdated. There was plenty of storage space, and a large kitchen. The bathroom was large with a standup shower, and hot running water. There is a large "smart" TV and Wifi (a little spotty). We used a VPN to get our local channels and apps. We got a complimentary breakfast every morning. It was a fulfilling local breakfast and a great way to start the day. There were no laundry facility on the premises, but they offered to wash and fold our clothes. The property is secured with a locked gate and there was indoor parking. There is an outdoor plunge pool that is also secured and covered, with a nice seating area. You should consider renting a car because public transportation is not that available. There are rideshare apps, private taxis, and delivery drivers, but the location is still in the "cut". However, I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it to my friends and family."
