"Staff was friendly and helpful, room was cute and clean - but it wasn’t the room that I paid for. I paid for deluxe queen and we got the standard queen instead. (No kitchenette.) we were offered a discount, but it wasn’t the same rate the standard queen was listed at on the website. Would recommend contacting lodge directly to confirm room before you arrive to ensure you have the right thing."
