"Property was great. Train shuttle was easy to find but the station had no operational elevator or escalator from the platform on which we arrived & the station generally had few working elevators etc."

"The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was dark and lacked small additions ie a mirror in the room. The mirror in the bathroom misted up and was unable to dry my hair in it. The check in process was not easy. The keycards were unable to register, but we were emailed a link to open the doors digitally. The air conditioning was complicated to use with no guides to help. We had a balcony which was lovely to look at the water outside and the windmills, but could do with upgrading. Ok hotel but missed the luxury touches"
