Bedsheets and bed itself was clean, everything around is stained and quite thoroughly stained. Staff is very kind, nothing against the staff they are simply working with what they have. Breakfast is ok as well, big issue was that a fire alarm went off. This itself isn’t an issue but it took quite long to resolve the issue, emergency doors didn’t function properly and we were left standing outside without information initially.

Lovely hotel. Easy check in. The only thing I would say is maybe put different time slots in for breakfast as it was very busy on the slot we picked (we picked the green on the traffic light system so it would be quieter and it wasn’t). Overall lovely stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Early check-in was great. Very close to the main train 🚂 station and 🚊 tram. The market next door is open every day till midnight. Italian restaurant is right there and convenient. Free breakfast with lots of options.

Breakfast was great, staff was awesome, clean room. Very difficult to find the entrance to guest parking, I drove around the vicinity for about an hour trying to find how to get to the front of the building and guest parking. I had to park somewhere and walk under the heavy rain to get to hotel reception and ask how and where to park.

I found the hotel in good order, my room was very clean and comfortable. The bath room had an excellent shower! The dining area was very clean and the team were around cleaning all the time. All the food was well stocked and excellent quality. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. All round every thing was great!

The hotel is right beside the train, tram and bus stops, so convenient and didn't take long to get into the centre. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower with shampoo and nice bodywash. Tea and coffee in room. Buffet breakfast had a good choice and was very well organised. Staff were all brilliant and very attentive. I would not hesitate in recommending and would definitely stay here again.
