The private underground parking was clean All staff the we came across said hello with a smile. This is a well trained team. Only caveat was the EV/PHEV charging required a subscription, which is not a big deal for our PHEV but may be for a pure EV"

"Delightful hotel, spotlessly clean, professional helpful staff. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The sheer quantity of choice and quality of the food was outstanding. We enjoyed 3 nights there, and would not hesitate to return or highly recommend for a great stay!"

"I must emphasize how incredible the staff is. They were exceptionally kind and helpful. However, the building is certainly very dated. Having a room on the highest floor, the only way to the room was with a tiny staircase. Traveling with my older mother, I had to hold my breath tight every time she went down. Getting our luggage down the tiny stairs was an adventure in itself. For a quick easy trip, I’d recommend here. However, if you’re traveling with semi limited mobility, you may want to keep looking. "
