The male staff at check in and when ai needed to buy a snack weren’t friendly at all. Prior to my arrival, I had a change that I wanted to make and the front desk person that helped (a female) was extremely Accommodating and pleasant. The beds were a bit on the hard side and unfortunately I could hear every sound from the room above which left me with little to no sleep :(

Sweet Home Alabama

The front end staff was awesome, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello before I even got to the desk. Hotel was bright and clean, breakfast had lots of options, nice well lit parking. A pleasant stay.

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING - and not just people walking in hallways. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you including people using their restrooms. The lack of sound reduction is like nothing I have experienced in other hotel stays. I would not stay here again, I would just keep driving.

We were not planning on this stay, and it was a last-minute reservation. Dani at the Front desk was great, and upgraded us. However, the room had no hot water, and the layout was a little different from other rooms we have stayed in at Fairfields. After a night's rest, it was better in the am, and they were all corrected. We would stay again.Thanks to all.

Picked this location for the ev car charger and they didn’t work. Had to walk 1/4 mile from the nearest charger with no street lights to charge the car so we could leave in the AM. Hotel seemed pretty new, but the walls are very thin, heard every word out Neighbors said.
