Fui muito bem atendida. Quarto confortável, ar condicionado satisfatório. Chuveiro bom, ducha higiênica no banheiro e secador de cabelo. Faltou hidratante corporal de cortesia. Café da manhã farto, variado. A parte negativa foi relativa a gotejamento de água contínuo do chuveiro, antes mesmo de ser usado, limpeza do banheiro (encontrei pelos na ducha higiênica) e lençóis manchados (velhos? sujos? mal lavados?). Como um todo, recomendaria o hotel.

良い点は、従業員が親切で応対はよかったです。むた、日本語の話せるコンシェルジュがいるのでとても楽にコミュニケーションが取れました。 改善点は朝食がほぼ同じメニューで長期滞在の場合はかなりきつかったので、日替わりメニューを多めにしてほしいです。
