Loved the breakfast options. Also liked the option for dinner room service although we did not get a chance to try it out. Staff was attentive to requests. The only thing I would recommend is having 4 bath towels in a room with 4 people. We only ever got 2 after the room was cleaned and had to ask for more each time. Overall great stay!

It’s right around the area where you can basically do everything. Lots of restaurants are close by. Although somehow it’s starting to have a mold/wet smell which we didn’t like this time around.

Hotel well located in a nice commercial area

Very well located on the heart of the "corredor menonita", the rooms are comfortable, and lobby staff are friendly. The hotel has a outdoor pool and jacuzzi, very convenient.

WOW. cannot say enough amazing things about this facility. From the staff to the cleanliness. Our kids thought it was amazing of course because of their delicious breakfast and extra large pool & spa! I have grown up visiting Cuatemoc and still have family there and so excited that we have found a place. We can stay that we know we’ll have amazing service and comfortable stay. The staff is beyond accommodating. Whatever you ask for as quickly brought to your room or taken care of immediately. Your rooms are cleaned daily and they actually clean them lol Our son had a nosebleed around 3 AM and within a few minutes, we had fresh sheets in a new pillow for him.
