"This property is outstanding. Our room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The room was huge. Everyone we dealt with, the valet, front desk, bar staff, and cafe workers, were very helpful and extremely friendly. Access was easy. The rooftop bar was fun. I had the best Old Fashioned I think I have ever had, at the bar. And the view was awesome. I highly recommend this place and will most likely stay here again, the next time we are in Tulsa."

"Parking was very easy with the parking garage right behind the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. They gave us food recommendations and sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The room was very clean."

"First time using valet parking. Loved it. First time visiting this place. Clean, spacious and convenient. Restaurant delish"

"The staff always goes above and beyond. Great place!!’"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had no issues."

"Staff was super nice and very helpful. Rooms were very quiet and full of history."

"This hotel was beautiful. Not your boring old hotel, but truly had character. My stay was enjoyable and the staff went above and beyond daily."

"This might be one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The entire place was so beautiful. The breakfast and everything provided was top notch. We will definitely be back."

"Very clean comfortable rooms.Nice breakfast buffet."

"After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. Very rude manager and staff who all need to find another form of work. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay at an AVID by IHG hotel again."
