"We arrived very early but the lady on reception very kindly checked us in to a room on the quiet floor for the duration of our stay. The room was well serviced and bathroom very clean. All restaurants etc... within a short walk so no need to take the car although we were delighted that the hotel has free parking, a bonus in the city centre."

"5 min walk from bus/train station so easy to get to from airport just single bus journey. Middle of city so close to food + shops and only short walk to museums etc. Staff extremely attentive + helpful room immaculate breakfast catered for all tastes + diets. "

"No heating in the room 102 staff acted surprised but when we arrived there a was electric blow heater in the room staff came to check and try to work it twice and it still didn’t told us that they would ring in half hour to check to see if it was working but we had a early flight to catch the next morning went to bed with a hot water bottle . Night porter said we had a heater but I’m sorry when u pay over £100 pound for a night u expect heat in the room to work. Even after u get staff to check it . Simply not good enough especially in march "

"Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet but very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and just a couple of minutes walk into the city centre. A few minutes walk from Grand Central bus and train station, very easy to get a bus from Belfast City Airport. "

"Very good overall apart from one day the room was not cleaned and never had fresh cups to make tea or a replenish of some new teabags to make a cup of tea the next morning. Apart from that very welcoming and a lovely stay."
