"Ideal for a short stay and to have a roof over your head in a decent area, but don't expect quality sleep on a thin mattress with small pillows and thin sheets/comforters. At check-in, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious, but the room itself smelled weird and the elevator smelled like smoke and other drugs. Also, there were red/brownish stains on the door, and there are no restrooms in the lobby, which is definitely an inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not a good quality or worthwhile stay. "

"The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We chose this hotel for the pool as we were traveling with our kids and when we got there the pool was closed - despite being advertised as open on their website. I understand things happen but we requested to cancel 1 of our 2 night stay and get a refund. The staff said they couldn’t help until the manager was in on Monday and to contact then. When contacted on Monday, they said they couldn’t refund because we stayed our entire booking, even though we didn’t. Both front desk staff I spoke to were incredibly rude and unfriendly. Incredibly poorly run hotel. "

"Arrived and no one was to be found for 20 minutes. Sign was slit that said press 0. Called a few times but gave up when I saw “44 missed calls”. Hair was all over the bathroom and toilet paper. Felt so dirty and disgusting."
